Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, brown ground meat with minced onion, bell pepper, and garlic until meat is browned and onions are tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil. Cover pot, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Notes
Leftover chili will keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, and in the freezer for 4 months.
