Toss the chicken thighs in salt, pepper, and olive oil, and preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees for 1-2 minutes.
Add your chicken thighs to the air fryer and cook for 23-25 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. You may need to do 2 batches of 2 chicken thighs, depending on the size of your air fryer.
Meanwhile, add the honey and chopped chilies to a small sauce pan and heat over medium-high heat until it begins to simmer. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, and set aside. Once chicken thighs are cooked through, brush hot honey glaze over thighs, and serve.
Potatoes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
Toss the potatoes in salt, pepper, and olive oil. Sprinkle with rosemary and thyme and toss again.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until potatoes are tender. These can also be cooked in the air fryer at the same temperature and time, if desired, just toss every 5-7 minutes while cooking to avoid them sticking together.
