Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. To make it super light and fluffy, mix it with a hand mixer on medium speed instead of by hand.
Once cream cheese mixture is fluffy, stir in remaining dip ingredients reserving 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1 tbsp chives for topping.
Spread mixture into baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Top with chives and serve with tortilla chips or wonton chips.
