Ingredients
1fully cooked ham4 to 6 pounds
Glaze
¼cupbrown sugar
¼cuporange juice
2tablespoonDijon mustard
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, orange juice, and Dijon mustard.
Score the ham diagonally 1/8-inch deep, approximately 1-inch wide.
Remove the plastic disk from the end of the hambone if there is one. Brush the ham with the glaze.
Place the ham, fat side up (if possible), in the Instant Pot.
Secure the lid. Select the MEAT setting and set the timer for 11 to 13 minutes.
Once the cooking time is up, let the Instant Pot naturally release for 15 minutes.
Serve the ham drizzled with juices.
Notes
Cook a 4 lb ham for 11 minutes, cook a 6 pound ham for 13 minutes.Leftover ham will keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 days and in the freezer for 2 months.
