Quick and Easy S’mores Treats

First, to give you a fair warning, these S'mores Treats are highly addictive! They are ALWAYS gone in my house in less than one night! Originally I started out making these for my son as a special treat (bribe) for him to go pee on the potty, but now my husband loves them more than life itself. I am now making a pan a week it feels like! When we made S'mores the traditional way, my son was not a big fan. He didn't like the chocolate, wanted to only burn the marshmallow, and could't quite get his mouth around the whole thing to take a real bite. It was a real mess. After pouring Golden Grahams into my sons cereal bowl, it hit me! WE COULD TOTALLY USE THESE TO MAKE S'MORE THAT Keep Reading

Croissant Bread Pudding

If you LOVE bread pudding, you are going to die when you taste this! Unlike traditional bread pudding, this Croissant Bread Pudding has the richest, butteriest, most delicious texture. And, the caramel flavored syrup is liquid heaven! For the longest time, my husband made fun of me for liking bread pudding. He just could not understand what was so delicious about "soggy bread". Needless to say, all of that changed when we went to a super fancy restaurant in town and I happened to order the most delicious Bread Pudding I have ever tasted. Being the girl/wife that I am, I forced my husband to try it, and try it he did. I have never seen my husband eat his words as fast as he ate my Keep Reading

If you are like me and love doing things the easy way, stick around because we are going to hack a week night dinner the easy way! It kills me to say this, but most of the time I am a really good planner. I always have my days mapped out, my money mapped out, and my meals mapped out, but when you get home from a hard day’s work, the last thing you want to think about is dinner (even if it was already planned). Sometimes I literally just cannot do it. I can’t bring myself to scrape together some sort of meal, let alone dessert. I am too cheap to order out and would rather starve to death than cook. Sound like you? So what do we do? Well, I am here to show you the light at the end Keep Reading
