One Pan Smoked Sausage And Potatoes
- large skillet
- 2 pounds potatoes chopped
- 1 pound smoked sausage sliced
- ½ large onion diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 bell peppers
- salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large pan with foil and spray with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- Toss potatoes, sausage, and onion with olive oil and seasonings, place on pan and bake for 15 minutes.
