Only 5 Ingredients
Ground Beef – Ground chicken, turkey, spicy Italian sausage, or even tofu are excellent protein alternatives.
Seasonings – Switch out taco seasoning for a packet of Ranch dressing or make your own and have some for later.
Broth – Go for low or no-sodium broth, if desired. Beef broth has the heartiest flavor, but chicken and vegetable broth works too.
Variations – Anything goes for 5-ingredient taco soup! Corn, onions, chopped green chilis, and even a bag of frozen mixed veggies or potatoes will add bulk and extra flavor to taco soup! Make a creamy taco soup by whisking in a little heavy whipped cream or sour cream with the broth in Step 3.
