- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 1 lb), cut into ¼” slices
- 1 green pepper cut into ¼” slices
- 1 red pepper cut into ¼” slices
- 1 yellow pepper cut into ¼” slices
- 1 onion cut into ¼” slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or 2-3 pumps of olive oil spray
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 8 flour tortillas
Instructions
- Place the chicken, peppers, and onion into a large mixing bowl and add the olive oil, chili powder, ground cumin, garlic power, and paprika. Toss to combine.
- Place the fajita mixture into the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, stirring half way through cooking. Check the temperature of the chicken with an instant-read thermometer. If it hasn’t reached 165°F, continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from air fryer, place into tortillas, and serve with toppings of your choice.
